Terms of Service
Last updated August 10, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using AdamUp's services at adamup.tech and app.adamup.tech, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. What AdamUp provides
AdamUp manages Google Ad Grants accounts for eligible nonprofit organizations. This includes campaign strategy, ad copywriting, ongoing performance monitoring, and maintaining compliance with Google's Ad Grants program rules.
AdamUp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. The Google Ad Grant itself is a benefit provided directly by Google to qualifying nonprofits, subject to Google's own eligibility and compliance rules; AdamUp does not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for Google's decisions about grant approval, grant amount, or account status.
3. Eligibility
Our services are for organizations that hold valid nonprofit or charitable status recognized by the relevant authority in their own country, or are in the process of obtaining it, and that are eligible for the Google Ad Grants program. We are not limited to organizations in the United States.
Google sets the eligibility rules for the grant itself, including the categories of organization it excludes, and applies them at its own discretion. Meeting the requirements above does not guarantee that Google will approve a grant.
4. Fees and billing
AdamUp charges $50 per month for account management, reduced from a standard rate of $100 per month. Your first month is provided at no charge. As a limited time offer, AdamUp is waiving its standard $250 setup fee for new accounts.
Billing runs on the first of each month. Payments are processed by Stripe; AdamUp does not receive or store your card details.
5. Cancellation
There is no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time. Because billing runs on the first of each month, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you cancel in.
Cancelling AdamUp's management does not affect your Google Ad Grant or your Google Ads account. Both belong to your organization and continue to exist whether or not AdamUp manages them, as set out below.
6. Your Google account access
You will connect your organization's Google Ads account to AdamUp via Google's own OAuth authorization. You control this access and can revoke it at any time directly through your Google account settings. AdamUp accesses only what is necessary to manage campaigns, ads, keywords, and account settings within your Ad Grants account, and does not access unrelated Google services tied to the same login.
7. Account ownership
Your Google Ads account, and the Google Ad Grant itself, belong to your organization, not to AdamUp, both during and after any period AdamUp manages the account.
8. Compliance responsibility
AdamUp works to keep your account inside Google's Ad Grants program rules, but final compliance decisions rest with Google, and Google can suspend or deactivate a grant account for reasons outside AdamUp's control. AdamUp does not guarantee grant approval, grant renewal, a specific level of ad spend, or any particular outcome from advertising.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AdamUp's services to promote content that violates Google's Ad Grants policies, applicable law, or the rights of others.
10. Termination by AdamUp
AdamUp may suspend or end management of an account for non-payment, or where the account is used in a way that breaches Google's Ad Grants policies, applicable law, or the rights of others. We will tell you if we do. Your Google Ads account, your Ad Grant, and any campaigns in the account remain yours.
11. Changes to these terms
AdamUp may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
