Privacy Policy

2. Information you give us

When you use the contact form or the referral form, we collect what you enter: name, organization, email, and the content of your message. This is stored in our database (Supabase) and used to respond to you and to operate our services. We do not sell this information.

3. Information collected automatically

This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it: session behavior like scrolling and clicks, aggregated and used to improve the site. Clarity is a third-party service; see Microsoft's own privacy statement for how it handles data on its end.

4. Your Google account data

If you connect a Google Ads account to AdamUp, we access account data through Google's API strictly to provide the management service: campaign, ad, and keyword data, and account performance metrics. We do not use this data for any purpose beyond managing your account, and we do not sell it. Google's own Limited Use requirements govern how this data may be handled, and AdamUp's use complies with them.

5. Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies: one to remember that you have acknowledged our cookie notice, and cookies set by Microsoft Clarity for analytics. The notice itself appears at the bottom of the page on your first visit.

6. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. AdamUp does not receive or store your card details; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. We keep a record of what your organization was billed and when.

7. Data retention

We keep contact and referral form submissions for 24 months. Where we manage an account, we keep the account data described above for 12 months after we stop managing it, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete either sooner.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about your organization, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@adamup.tech.

We work with nonprofits outside the United States as well as inside it. Where the law that applies to your organization gives you further rights over your data, such as the GDPR in the EU and the UK or the CCPA in California, we honor those rights too.

9. Children's privacy

AdamUp's services are intended for use by nonprofit organizations and their staff, not by children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
